I love being able to show my customers carrier-calculated rates and I think it has increased sales. The rates are accurate so customers are not being overcharged or undercharged. With previous apps I've often had to make up the difference because they were not charged the right amount.

Login to your eShipper Account. Navigate to “Ship --> eCommerce --> Select Store --> Sync Store”. You’ll see all your Shopify orders here. Apply filters if needed.
Navigate to your Shopify orders (see instructions in Q3), then select multiple orders that are being shipped with the same service. You have a limit of 20 orders. Once done, click “Select” and choose “Print Courier Labels”.
Hover over “Track”, then click “Edit/Cancel”. Scroll to the bottom and select “Print all Labels/Customs Invoices”.

Yes. This will ensure that the correct rate is shown at your Shopify store checkout and that billing is accurate.
The 4D algorithm calculates the box that will fit best based on your customer’s Shopify order. It will allow you to generate the most accurate shipping rates using the most cost-effective packaging dimensions.
If you’re on either the Basic Shopify or Shopify plan, you will need to contact Shopify to enable third party calculated shipping rates. If you have an Advanced Shopify or Shopify Plus plan, the eShipper app will work automatically.
