For quote inquiries: We provide rate details based on the shipment moving from the shipper’s door to the destination of choice.

For live import shipments: The process includes shipment acknowledgement, work order creation, CBSA eManifest submission, coordination with the customs broker, arrival monitoring, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements as soon as the shipment is cleared.

For live export shipments: We acknowledge the request, create the work order and required airline documentation, arrange pickup according to the requested vehicle and schedule, tender the shipment to the airline, and monitor its departure to the destination.

Once an NFO order is confirmed, the pickup is arranged according to the specified pickup date and time. Depending on the shipment requirements, pickups can be scheduled for the same day or a future date, with the agreed pickup window strictly followed.
