Constant meddling is demoralizing to your employees, who know perfectly well how to do their job (that’s why you hired them in the first place), and makes you lose focus on the big picture of growing your business. If your team does well, it does, after all, showcase your leadership skills.
Empower your employees by delegating tasks that they can do better than you. Make sure to:

- Keep open lines of communication.
- Track progress.
- Recognize a job well done.
