My company had a constant issue with our shipping. More precisely the fluctuation of rates. We did some investigation into 3rd party shipping and contacted seven different companies. While some offered good rates, getting in contact with an actual human was next to impossible. It all felt very informal. Kind of a hands off sort of approach and just guiding people to their website to get answers. The only company that didn't do that was eshipper.com. I called at 10:00am and was in a face to face meeting with my account manager Ali in less than four hours. Ali has held my hand so to speak, through every step of the process, including the integration of our API. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Thanks again guys from the entire FlavourArt Distro team.

As a new start up, from day 1 I have been very nervous about the shipping end of things. I have not shipped anything yet with eShipper as I'm in the final stages business wise before I can send out but Husein at eShipper has been phenomenal with customer service so far. I am feeling so much better about how to go about things once I am ready to ship and he has assured me he's with me every step of the way. Business owner here using E-Shipper. My company currently uses E-Shipper Canada and are beginning to use their USA services after a wonderful year. Their software is straightforward, President is very direct and customer service team is highly responsive.Pratistha Srivastava in particular is a fantastic point of contact. The service Husein has provided for me has been nothing less than immaculate. He has gone out of his way to win my business and I have never received customer service on a level he has provided. I was skeptical when he first reached out as I am not fond of trying new companies, but after a few conversations my assistant seems to prefer their platform compared to others. Stating it is very easy to use and she has Husein to contact whenever she requires assistance, on some occasions early morning where he has always responded. Thanks again buddy!

Honest review from a Shopify Merchant.I was very hesitant to work with a 3PL in general. We were just launching our brand and didn't know our volumes or if we could even afford warehousing / a 3PL service. We also had very specific needs - as we ship food.eShipper was great in tailoring THEIR business solutions to OUR needs. They invested in freezer storage, FOR US. They lowered their pricing tier, FOR US (since they saw the potential). They set up an account manager to fully understand OUR BUSINESS.Some highlights of my experiences:1. Gagan, our Account Manager is THE BEST. She is always in constant communication & brings forward practical solutions that are passed on to our customers, generating more positive experiences. She sets up all of our supplier pickups and ensures that our needs are communicated to the warehouse team.2. Mikaeel, the warehouse manager, was GREAT during the onboarding process. He took the time to understand our products, what a defect looks like, and ensures the team is picking/packing per our direction. I can only say great things about him. Our communication dropped off slightly, but it isn't needed as frequently anymore due to their team understanding the process.3. The warehouse team -- although I don't know their names, every 3-4 weeks when we come visit, they smile at us and are extremely professional. They pick and pack CORRECTLY and in a TIMELY manner. I believe we've shipped out over 7,000 orders and have only had 1 or 2 instances with errors. I won't dock them points for that... human error happens! Plus, I'd say that 6,998/7,000 orders being correct is a win. They also perform inbound inspections accurately and in a timely manner. We have a lot of inventory, so the fact that they do this so accurately/quickly impresses me every time.4. They fulfill quickly. We actually asked them to slow down in case customers put in the wrong address. They shifted our schedule accordingly and now everything runs even smoother!5. Optimizing boxes - they give us recommendations for box sizes so we can order accordingly. This has saved us a tremendous amount of money.Non-biased statements:1. Their shipping rates are really competitive. I wouldn't say it's the lowest I've ever seen, but it's close to it.2. Their pick and pack rates are reasonable. The more your ship, the better the rates. I've been quoted lower rates at low volumes elsewhere, but as volumes go up, it more than makes up for it.3. Their warehousing rates are extremely reasonable.4. Their claim support is good. It's not the greatest and a bit fragmented, but that job is likely A LOT harder than what meets the eye - especially when we ship 1500+ packages a month. It's great that it's included in the price we pay and that we don't have to handle it ourselves. I think it would be a bigger headache if we were to handle it, so I can't really complain.5. Expect to pay for everything (bubble wrap, labels, etc.) You also need to provide your own packaging solutions. I wish this was a more done-for-you solution but it really isn't the end of the world. They track packaging inventory on your behalf, so you have plenty of time to order from your supplier when you're running low, but they won't do it FOR YOU.In general, I do highly recommend them. They really do take the time to understand the needs of your business - their account management and support teams are really good. They are accurate, quick and their tech integration (for Shopify in my experience) is damn'-near seamless. No partner is perfect, but I don't think there is a more perfect partner for us.Thanks eShipper.

EShipper will provide a competitive rate with most of the major carriers. I had some difficulty with the claims process but these issues have been rectified with the assistance of my Account Manager, Dushant.

First time trying to ship a large item from Ontario to Nova Scotia. No clue how to even begin. A friend told me she had a great experience shipping a large tractor part to Alberta with Michelle Ruhland eShipper. Best move ever. Michelle took care of everything. It is easy for me to recommend eShipper. Their rates are good. But it is their customer service that astounds me. Shipping is the one part of my business that I can't control, that makes it stressful. I have had a couple of issues with packages (nature of the business) and my eShipper account representative has been there to help, without fail. They have proven to me that they are as invested in my success as I am!

Great way for a small business like myself to lower costs of shipping and still give a1 service to clientele. They can improve on the communication with their chat bot and customer care, but you hardly ever have to use it as their systems are really good. I often refer them for other startups.

We started using eShipper when Canada Post was threatening Strike action. I don't know why we didn't look into it sooner. The Rates and choices of Carriers are excellent and the Billing system is super convenient. I think we might have used Canada Post for 5 or 6 packages since April of 2020. eShipper has really made things easier for us and gets things to our clients faster and safer.

Well I’ve seen a few bad reviews on here. To be fair Eshipper is a broker for shipping companies, not the company that transports your shipment. Eshipper has no control over the delivery of your package. Whether it is late or damaged that is the responsibility of the shipping company ie. FedEx, UPS etc. With this said the negative reviews of damages or late deliveries that is completely out of their control and should not be reflected in these reviews. I have used all different shipping companies ie, Canpar, UPS and they are all horrible. Trying to talk to anyone is painful when items are delayed or damaged. What you do get with this service is fair pricing and customer service. Granted we have had our ups and downs but they will always try to resolve the problem. Even when the problem may not be directly theirs. That I can say is worth something to me.

Now to protect yourself as a shipper make sure you always take pictures of your packages. Pictures with box measurements, weights and how it’s packaged. It may help you if there is ever a dispute.

We came across EShipper at a time when we were really needing a better shipping solution. The old method we were using where we were manually imputing data to print labels is now long behind us!

EShipper allowed us to link our e-commerce site directly to our account with them and made syncing order data as simple as clicking “sync” to receive up to date orders.

When your a start up or small business and need something quick and competitively priced I would highly recommend EShipper! I have searched all over for reasonable shipping rates for our abnormal size packages and hands down these guys are the best.

Last but not least they have incredible customer support!!!

Amanda (who assisted me with setting up my account from the beginning) has always been quick to respond and very helpful when we needed her. I couldn’t help but to right a good review after reaching out to her for assistance at 9PM on a Thursday night and receiving help right away! Because of her, and her teams dedication we were able to keep printing labels to keep us on track for the holiday season!

So thank you Amanda and EShipper! You guys have done a wonderful job at making shipping easy for e-commerce. And also supporting the small business community!

I have nothing but good things to say about the service.
this is perfect for small buisnesses that do not ship alot of volume.
they offer good discounts on smaller packages with a very easy to navigate interface.
only problem I have had is there program seems to be buggy once and a while when I use Chrome but a couple screen refreshes fixes the problem.

Shabbir and his team have been amazing. He got shipments out this week that used to take weeks to coordinate.
